WELCOME to Enchanting Aesthetics Medspa & Retreat in North Rockwall where beauty, confidence, and healing intertwine!
Founder Hailee, a passionate artist and advanced medical aesthetic specialist, her mission is to enhance natural beauty while restoring confidence from the inside out. With over 10 years of experience in anti-aging treatments, injectables, and cancer skin care, Hailee built Enchanting Aesthetics into a sanctuary for transformation where every treatment is thoughtfully designed to meet your unique skin and confidence goals. Hailee's artistry extends beyond aesthetics. As a compassionate advocate for healing and empowerment, she also leads Enchanting Reins, a program offering equine assisted therapy for women rebuilding confidence during and after their cancer journey.
When you meet Hailee, you'll experience more than treatments, you'll experience high quality knowledge, genuine care, elevated expertise, and a renewed sense of self. Hailee studied collegiate medical science, latin, anatomy & physiology for 4 years from 2006 to 2012 while working in the marketing world for beauty salons. Graduated Aesthetician School at AVEDA Skin Institute of Dallas 2013, Hailee ventured into her own business in 2014 building into a commercial medspa in 2017 in Frisco TX then during COVID she explored Rockwall where she opened her second location. When life happened as Hailee has 3 children and a husband, she had to make a decision to close Frisco location to be the super power mom and wife while her husband recovered from a terrible accident. Still TBD if or when Frisco may ever re open! Hailee started nursing school in 2022; excelled in master trainings for injectables from 2022 to present. When you sit under Hailee's hands and eyes, she gains your trust within seconds and you walk out with joy of beauty accomplishment! She listens, analyzes, and delivers!

Teresa is the heart and steady hand behind Enchanting Aesthetics. A licensed medical aesthetician, certified phlebotomist, and skilled paramedical tattoo artist, Teresa's journey in the beauty industry began with something simple in 2006 - a love for helping others feel beautiful.
What started with lashes and nails quickly evolved into a deep passion for skin health, advanced aesthetics, and restorative artistry. Through dedication, continuing education, and hands-on experience, Teresa mastered techniques that bridge both beauty and healing from paramedical tattooing and scar revision to customized skin treatments to post cancer care and PRP specialist.
Known for her precision, warmth, and calm yet fun energy, Teresa has become Hailee's right hand and glue that keeps Enchanting Aesthetics thriving. Her genuine care for each client and her commitment to excellence makes her an irreplaceable part of every transformation that happens within our walls. Teresa's mission is simple, "to help every client leave feeling confident, restored, and enchanted inside and out."
Macie Elliott, LCME
Macie is the newest face at Enchanting Aesthetics, bringing fresh energy, advanced knowledge, and a true passion for skin health to our team. As a licensed medical aesthetician, Macie's approach blends science and beauty helping clients achieve radiant, long-term results through customized treatments and expert skincare guidance. Known as our "product guru", Macie has a in-depth understanding of medical grade skincare formulations and how to compare to store bought skincare or whatever new TIKTOK must haves to build effective routines that actually work. Whether she's performing a rejuvenating facial, guiding a client through post-procedure care, or curating a personalized product plan, her attention to detail and genuine care shine through every interaction.
Macie's goal is "to empower clients with confidence, education, and results- driven care because healthy, glowing skin is the foundation of true beauty."
Evelyn Shearer, MD
Evelyn Shearer, Board Certified Licensed Surgeon and Pulmonologist, serves as the Medical Director of Enchanting Aesthetics, bringing wealth of medical expertise and a passion for advancing the art of aesthetics. With years years of clinical experience and a deep understanding of medical grade treatments, Dr. Evelyn, or as we call our favorite MD, Evie, ensures every service offered under our roof meets the highest standards of safety, ethics, and excellence. Her leadership plays a vital role in bridging the gap between medical science and aesthetic artistry. Dr. Evie provides ongoing guidance, training, and oversight for advanced procedures ensuring our clients receive care that is not only effective, but medically sound and individually tailored.
